ESSEX COUNTY ANIMAL RESPONSE TEAM (CART) SPECIALTY GROUP By submitting this form you are applying to join the Essex County Animal Response Team (CART) - a specialty team of the MRC. You understand you must agree to the Empire State Animal Response Team/Essex CART Code of Conduct and complete 4 additional trainings to be part of the CART. You understand that the CART Planning Committee reviews all applications and determines at their discretion if the application is Accepted or Ineligible/Unsuitable to serve as a CART volunteer.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS FOR TRAINING: You will need to create & use a FEMA account to complete IS-100 and IS-700. You may also use your FEMA account to complete a Hazardous Materials training [or attend a HazMat training in person]. You will need to create a UAlbany Center for Public Health Preparedness account to complete a CART Orientation Training [or attend a CART/ESART Orientation Training in person]. We recommend you keep all account usernames and passwords on file in a safe place for your reference.
